Job Overview
As a Senior Financial Services Representative, Small Business, you will join CIBC’s Retail and Business Banking department to help deliver an exceptional client experience to core clients with personal needs and more complex small business needs.
You're a results-oriented team player who continually exceeds client expectations, you build lasting client relationships and always take the initiative to assess their needs and offer the right financial solutions. Your Small Business knowledge and sales experience along with your ability to identify the right solutions is vital to promote products and services in a highly competitive market.


Job Requirements
-Perform activities to deliver an exceptional client experience to Core clients with personal needs and more complex small business needs
-Fulfill small business and personal solutions identified through Financial Health Check conversations
-Proactively call and book appointments with clients to ensure client needs are met
-Mentor employees to develop small business capability
-Make referrals to partners
-Act as Branch Manager during absences
