Hi there, I'm in need of getting some copies of documents certified.  Are there any Aircraft licensed people in town also?

Not sure what you mean by "aircraft licensed people"....mechanical? Or licensed pilots or..?
In any case, you might try the Trail Flying Club (located at the airport in Trail). They have a Facebook page.
