Calm: herbs for managing stress & anxiety

Stress goes hand in hand with modern life. From the big stressors that can throw us off balance to the small stresses experienced throughout the day - there's a way to manage, rise above and thrive.

Learn ways to use herbs to manage anxiety and bring a sense of calm to each part of your day. We will discuss some life-changing ways of using herbs to heal the nervous system and feel grounded and clear through teas, tinctures and topical applications.

We will cover ways to make herbs suit your lifestyle, whether you're always on the go or looking to slow down and simplify your life.

• ways to bring in mental clarity and focus when you have a lot on your plate

Join herbalist and aromatherapist Emily Kogan-Young for an informative workshop full of practical tips you will be able to immediately put to use.
