Wall Yoga Workshop

June 20 7:30 to 8:45 pm

 This sweet juicy and fun filled workshop will build strength with slow and long holding poses using the wall.


Your balance will be asssited as well as access to more length throughout the body with forward folds, chest openers, and also have some play time with learning how to advance inversions and backbends using the wall as support.

Bringing the workshop to a close with a restorative wall sequence.

Go deeper within your poses to find flexibility and allow for your practice to rise up 

$30 per person

This is open to all levels of practice. Perfect for those wanting to deepen their knowledge of how to go deeper in the postures
