Digestive Health Workshop at Pine and Needle Wellness

June 15 3:00 to 5:30 pm

Join us for an experiential afternoon on the gut-brain connection and how our digestion can impact our our lives, especially our mental well-being.

We’ll be exploring how digestive challenges can lead to anxiety and depression, and can even impact our ability to tune into our intuition and those all important “gut-feelings.”

A key focus of our time together will be on sharing empowering information and healing practices through talks and guided meditations.

Our time together will include:

  • Two talks on digestive health from a Chinese Medicine perspective & the nervous system and gut-brain connection
  • Mindful Eating Meditation
  • Sharing Circle
  • Recipe Share

As this is a small group gathering, registration is required. Email: pineandneedle.wellness@gmail.com to save your spot!
