Prenatal Yoga Series

This series will explore yoga postures that help to strengthen the body in preparation for labour as well as those that relax the physical and mental bodies with the added pressures of pregnancy.  We will also emotionally prepare, through Ayurvedic, Self-Care and journaling practices for the new little being & rhythms that are about to become your life!

Starts this Sunday, January 5th, 7:15-8:15 PM.

Pre-Register: $85 + tax
Resources & props included. Please bring a journal.
