Feldenkrais®: A Powerful Self-Help Approach Using Gentle Easy-2-Do Movements Offering Relief & Change Naturally
Feldenkrais helps your brain and body to update your neuro-muscular pathways and improve your body mechanics & posture.  The Pelvis is the largest and most central area of the body, providing most of the power for our daily activities including walking, sitting and standing, yet most of us no longer move in such a way as to take full advantage of the power and support our pelvic region can provide.
 
In this one day workshop we will explore movement patterns that reconnect your brain with the power that your pelvis and hip joints have to offer.
 
Judy Katz is a Nelson based Somatic Practitioner & Counsellor.  She has been teaching The Feldenkrais Method® for 16 years.  She offers private sessions, classes and workshops in a variety of body based therapies.  Judy is passionately committed to health, growth & resiliency.
