Whether this is your first child or your fourth, you are becoming a mother. We will always be in this 'becoming' as each of our experiences will continue to transform and change as a woman and parent.

Join Danielle Hachey for a gathering of mothers-to-bee on Sundays: Sept. 20th, 27th & Oct. 4th.

You can expect resources on building ritual & self-care practices, a full-spectrum prenatal yoga practice (with trimester-specific modifications), pranayama techniques and meditation.

There are only 6 spots due to social distancing and Covid-19 health protocols.  Please bring your own mat and props: blanket, bolster/pillow, block.  Once registered you will receive email with arrival procedures to keep everyone safe & healthy!
