ATV on Monte Christo who is driving?

Just wondering who is driving the atv on trails and skidder roads on Monty Christo? Just want to chat about what they are doing and intentions? As we have been trying to take care of some of these trails for grooming. Sometimes there tracks $%$# up the work.
