NEW in-studio Series at Madhu Collective

We are delighted to welcome Carissa Alexander to our team of yoga teachers!  She will be teaching a new Healthy Hips and Back Yoga series on Thursday evenings at 8pm, running from March 11-April 1st.

Class description:

This class moves at a slower pace to keep focus on alignment and to drop you into deeper layers of bodily awareness.  With the use of Critical Alignment principles and techniques this class will guide you through a series of exercises to release tension patterns and open tight areas - increasing mobility, strength and functionality of movement in the spine, hips, and shoulders. As you mindfully move through therapeutic postures, you will build an awareness of your body and work to develop more effective movement patterns to improve your physical well-being. You will leave this class feeling taller, lighter and more at home in your body - the perfect way to release built up tension from your week, and align you for the week to come.

This class is beneficial for everyone including beginners.
