Mama Meet-up

All mamas are welcome! Expecting, new, curious, old, grandmothers and people who would like to support mothers. It takes a village to raise healthy, confident children and we all need and deserve support. Drop in for community, yoga, discussion, and a play date. 

 

Each week we will have a specific topic around motherhood with exercises that we can practice together and/or you can take home with you. Our topics will be Kindness, Strength, Value, Grace, Trust and Connection. You can drop in for one, or experience them all!
