2023 Feed A Family Fundraiser

In 2021 and 2022 Happy Hills Farm raised more than $6000 for our annual Feed A Family programs that enabled us to provide more than 180 bursting bags of fresh produce to our community, as well as 5 complete holiday Christmas meals in 2022. Not to mention all of the one off donations of produce we made to local Food Banks! This year we are calling out to our community to again support us in our initiative to ensure that all people have good, consistent access to locally produced nutritious foods. With food insecurity in Canada continuously rising, its more important than ever to support each other and make sure we all can thrive off nutritious food. We have started a GoFundMe to help us in this process, and this year we will be making regular weekly donations of farm fresh produce, eggs and meats to the Rossland Food Bank, the Trail United Church Food Bank and the Beaver Valley Food Bank. Through your generous support we will grow, harvest, process, package and deliver good food to our local food banks every week through summer and fall. We couldn't do this without you and we thank you so much for helping us continue to build a stronger, healthier, more resilitient community and region.
