Housing Wanted for The Josie Hotel Staff

The Josie Hotel is looking for local Rossland winter accommodation to serve as a place for our seasonal workforce employees. Ideally the place would be a single-family home with 3-4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms to house 3-4 persons. The Josie Hotel will be responsible to care for and maintain the home like we do our hotel rooms. We will do weekly inspections and diligently care for your property. There will be a point of contact who you can be reached to discuss and resolve issues if they arise. We care! Did the Josie end up applying for a LMIA so they could use TFWs? Previously the Josie has provided accommodations for staff at the hotel, but that wouldn't be considered affordable; a corporation can however rent a house and charge 30% of a TFWs income and deduct from paycheque, even if the actual rent with bills etc. is less, so long as the corporation is the leaseholder.
