Public Recycling Bins

I’m new to the area.  I live in Rossland but work in Trail.  I keep missing the recycling pick up day because I am away and I dont have anywhere to store it.  I was wondering if there were public recycling drop boxes somewhere in Rossland or Trail?  Thanks
