ISO contractor to build garage

My garage needs to be replaced.  It is infringing on the public right of way by less than 0.5 m, so it can't be fixed/remodeled.  I thought I had someone to build it prior to the pandemic, but he ultimatley was not able to.  

I'd appreciate any recommendations.
