Lost dog at Nancy Greene Sunday, August 29

This dog has been barking since approximately 3pm at Nancy Greene parking lot. 
Has a blue collar, black with white hair, female. Looks older and cared for. 

Some campers were feeding the dog and looking out for him. Lost his owners?

It's in distress and was seen playing earlier in the day with a Rossland family on the beach. 
A message was left with the City of Rossland already. 

Anyone know the owners? She's up at Nancy Greene campground as of 8pm Sunday!
