Rossland Public Library Local Artwork Program launches winter exhibit: artist Morgan Bialkowski

Over the past year the Rossland Public Library, under the Local Artwork Program, has invited artists to display ( and sell) their artwork for  three month period 

Morgan Bialkowski - enjoys painting with acrylics and drawing with oil pastels and pencil.
