Way has always been honest in his songs, and with this new chapter has taken his dedication to truth to a new height. In the delivery of his songs this can be heard as clear as day and as loud as thunder crashing. In late 2019 right before the world stopped, Way and his dream team spent a week recording in his then home Old Man Mountain, a little shack on a hill in the farm country of his home town of Langley BC. The band and a few friends spent days and nights sculpting this old but fresh batch of personal folk songs into cosmic funky grooves that help tell the stories as much as the words do.
