Museum Workshop: Storing & Preserving Heirloom Textiles

We're very excited to be leading the next workshop in our Seniors' Workshop Series focusing on Storing & Preserving Heirloom Textiles! This workshop will give you tips, tricks, and skills you need to ensure the safety of the textiles that carry your and your family's stories and traditions. Come prepared to learn the basics of storing textiles using the museum's collection, making padded hangers, and avoiding the most frequent fabric follies with guidance from our Collections Manager.

When: Wednesday, June 1st from 3 to 4:30pm
Where: Rossland Museum & Discovery Centre
