Quikpass experience with Pacific Coastal Airlines

I am thinking of getting a Quikpass through Pacific Coastal Airlines but before I book my upcoming trip, I wanted to see if anyone has had any experience using it. Have you booked other people a ticket through the portal and was it as easy as for yourself? I would be using it more for extended family than for myself.  Thanks!
