Postpartum Yoga Series: Nourishing the Mother
Thursday, Oct. 6th & Oct. 13th, 7:15-8:30 PM
These classes will focus on nourishing the new mother physically, mentally & emotionally post birth.  *Recommended for at least 4 weeks postpartum to any amount of time post birth (10 years if you like!).
Expect intelligently crafted yoga sequences that revitalize your pelvic floor, and gently bring awareness & strength to the optimal core muscles post pregnancy & birth.
We will also focus on nourishing flexibility & mobility by opening the heart space, the chest & pectoral muscles, upper back and shoulders from all the baby feeding & carrying!!
Meditation, breathwork & mantra techniques will also be integrated to bring some spaciousness & ease into the everyday!
