Intro to Meditation Series - Winter Cohort

In this 5-week series, you will learn the foundations of mindfulness meditation in a small group setting. Classes are held weekly on Friday evenings from 4-5 pm starting Feb 3, with a half-day retreat on March 5 from 9 am-noon. No prior experience is necessary.
