Art of Rest

March 25 4:00 to 7:00 pm

A 3 hour workshop where you will be guided through the art of therapeutic rest. We will begin our gathering by drinking cacao and engaging in a sharing circle guided by compassionate communication. You will then experience deeply restorative healing through the practice of pranayama, restorative yin yoga, and yoga nidra. You will leave this sacred space blissed out in your authentic truth.
