Red Mountain Racers Fall Gala

This is a fantastic social event where you can enjoy time with friends, meet new people, and indulge in a truly unique culinary experience. We've partnered with Paella Guys and Company, a trendy Vancouver-based catering business, to bring their delicious paella to Rossland! This exclusive opportunity is normally only available to a select few in Vancouver, but they've generously agreed to cater our event at a minimal cost to support our fundraiser. www.paellaguys.com On the menu, they'll be cooking two varieties of paella: Chicken and vegetable paella (gluten and dairy-free) Chicken, jumbo prawns, and vegetable paella (also gluten and dairy-free) There will also be some spanish tapas before the paella is served...and Chef Javiier will cook the paella onsite for us. The night will also feature: A live DJ and band to keep the party going A cash bar with local drinks, including Rossland Beer We have amazing items for our silent auction, Ski passes, a night at 2 of the constella cabins at Red, Dinner for 2 at the Velvet Restaurant, a night at the Josie, an annual membership from Flux, and much more!
