A reminder of the Everything R Festival at the Miners Hall in Rossland. See schedule below. Plastic Dropoff Drop off clean unlabeled plastic in the large bags in entrance area 10am – 3pm R market Some great products made from recycled materials for Christmas gifts, etc. 10am – 4pm Kids activities Kids games about recycling and crafting using recycled materials Noon – 4pm Clothing Repair Make your outdoor clothing last longer by simple repairs to tears and zippers 11 am to 3 pm Appliance Repair Bring your broken small appliance or electronic device to be repaired for free at the mobile repair shop Tentative Noon to 4pm at parking nearby Bike clinic Dave Nutini will show you how to care for your bike to make it safer and save you money 2 Sessions 1:30 pm 3:30 pm Earthbox Learn how to build an earthbox which is a great way to grow vegies on you deck with very low maintenance 2:00 pm 3D Printing Selkirk College DFAB program will talk about reverse engineering and repairing broken parts using 3D printers 10am – 3pm Climate Action Plan Rossland Sustainability Commission will be on hand to discuss and get feedback on the draft Climate Action Plan for the city 10am – 4pm Town: Rossland, BC Photos:
