Dance Cardio Thursdays 12:15-1:15 pm January 9-30 $20/class for 4 sessions ($80) $25 drop in rate A fun filled hour class with cardio, core, and some yoga to finish off. We will learn different styles of dance for our cardio section from latin to hip hop. No previous dance experience necessary. This is a follow the leader style dance cardio class. Come ready to sweat and wear shoes that are easy to dance in.
