Thursdays Jan 23 to Mar 13 7:45 to 8:45 pm Flow to Bed is a gentle yet vigorous practice combining a light vinyasa flow with relaxing yin and restorative poses. Get your wiggles out and let energy flow through your body during the first half, and then ease into gentle and extended yin poses to close out your practice. This class is perfect for anyone wanting to unwind after a busy day, and set themselves up for a good night's sleep. Please bring warm socks and layers to cozy up in for our prolonged poses. »
