We’re renting out our spacious, ground-floor one-bedroom suite with lots of natural light.

Included:

  • All utilities (including Wi-Fi and on-demand hot water)

  • Shared laundry (located just outside the suite)

  • Parking for one vehicle

  • Large under-stair storage closet

  • External storage for bikes and skis

  • Epic bathroom!

Extras:

  • Some or all of the furniture in the photos can be included — ideally we'd like to leave at least a few pieces

Please Note:

  • The kitchen currently has 2 extra freezers in it, so there will be more space when removed

  • Paint touch-ups will be done in spots that need it before move-in

Additional Info:

 

  • Looking for quiet, mature tenant

  • References required

  • Rent may be negotiable for single occupancy
