Looking for - Long term furnished rental, December 2025

Hello, My soon-to-be wife and I are moving to Rossland, from Vancouver in December 2025, dates pretty flexible based on a property we can secure. I understand it's quite early but I wanted to try get a head start in process and ideally secure a spot sooner than later. We are getting married in August so our minds will be elsewhere :). We are 29 & 36 years old, no pets, no kids, no smoking. Super quiet, respectful and also home owners ourselves in North Vancouver. We understand the importance of great tenants/home keepers. I work remotely for a large Canadian outdoor apparel company and Camille works full time as an ER nurse. She will be based at Kootenay Boundary hospital when we arrive. We are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom furnished property (ideally 2 but pretty flexible), long term lease (starting with 6 months and then extend) Hoping I can leave this message here in the hope that anyone may know of listing's coming up for around that date or think of us when properties do become available.
