Clearing out my dad's house. 

Looking to get rid of furniture and home items. Items will be very cheap or free. 

Couch - with chaise (see photo) - 3 years old. Good condition. $250

Lazy boy chair - green, fabric, older. $50

Kitchen table (solid wood) with chairs. $50

• Items will only be available Monday August 18 from 1PM - 8PM and Tuesday August 19th from 9AM-2PM. No exceptions. Priority will be given to first pickup available. No holds. No alternatives to dates.
• The owner of items was a smoker.
• Cash only on pickup. No delivery.
