A company based on Sports Science, providing Strength & Conditioning, Training, Rehabilitation, and Massage Therapy. Our state of the art facility is based in Trail, but we service the whole West Kootenay area. 

If you, or someone you know, wants to improve performance in a sport, rehab an injury through massage therapy or exercise, or just want to get fit, call us! We are University educated Strength Coaches wanting you to perform at your highest level. 

From NHL athletes to CIS/Varsity athletes, we have worked with some of the country's most elite. We are extremely excited to be bringing quality training to the West Kootenay area!
