Aqua Boot Camp

Tuesdays Jul 3 to Aug 21 12:00 to 1:00 pm

Based on speed, power and strength rather than rhythm and choreography, H2O Bootcamp incorporates pyramid training, interval training, power drills, and speed bursts. This class demands a lot of stamina and is great for students who need a new challenge and prefer hard, athletic workouts.

Wear a bathing suit or fitness clothes and a sports bra. Clean shoes are optional.
