Haus of Knead is a holistic health hub for body work including massage, and infrared sauna. Keeping the needs of its clients in mind and understanding that healing the body and mind is not one dimensional there is also an infrared sauna to potentially aid in inflammation, tight muscles, and speed up recovery. 

We aid in rehabilitation of outdoor enthusiasts so they can do what they love with reduced pain and increased mobility. We do this through a variety of techniques to reduce stress/tension and increase relaxation. 

Clients will receive in-depth assessment along with home care to aid in the healing journey. We also offer infrared sauna to aid in potential inflammation, tension and will bring about sense of relaxation and calmness to clients
