NEW ROCK CLIMBING FACILITY IN ROSSLAND! Market Research Survey

Hey adventurous Kootenay folk!

My name is Jason, I’m a passionate rock-climber who has recently made this lovely area his permanent home. I’ve been living in BC almost 8 years now and have spent that entire time chasing a “career” in rock-climbing. In that time; I received a diploma in Adventure Tourism, have been certified as a Top Rope Climbing Instructor, and have volunteered and worked at two different successful climbing gyms in the communities I lived in.

This is the second time I have moved to an area that does not have a climbing facility, and it makes me (and my fingers) terribly sad. After doing some research I have decided that I am going to fill that void and open a bouldering gym!

I am still in the beginning stages of the process, and I need your help. I know this community needs a climbing facility, but I need to be able to show support for the idea before I can make it happen.
