VPN Blocker

Hello. As a recent relo from the states, there are quite a few things I can not access here in BC and looking for a good VPN blocker. My main goal is to be able to access some of the apps on AppleTV (i.e. MLBtv). Anyone have experience and a recommendation?

Unlocator is excellent..

Tried several,and they were the best..

Works well at a router,or device level.
