Foam in Trail Creek along Louis Joe

Trail Creek along the Louis Joe Trail between Lower Rossland and the Golf Course development is flowing with white/brown foam.  REcommend that you keep your pets out of the Creek.  City has been notified.

Was the Trail Creek water normal above the upper Golf Course reach on August 30?

This is a recurring event.  We noticed it a couple of weeks ago too.
