Freezer Discarded on Cascade Highway
Submitted by Mountain Mitch on Tue, 04/02/2020 - 12:06pm
Class act. Someone has dumped an old freezer at 3.40km on the Cascade Highway. The piles of garden waste are one thing. This is not acceptable. Town: Rossland, BC |

Not Cool!!
Wait till the city decide to collect garbage every two week.
It will be a free for all. Nanaimo is a perfect example, garbarge on every back trail and ditches.

See the link above - council is keeping the garbage collection as is for the time being. This allows the city to explore improvements and work toward a more holistic solution to our collective waste production.
Trevita Metal Recycling on the Old Waneta Hwy will take any metal. They might charge $5 for freezers and fridges but still better than the side of the road
