Wagon Road rideable?

Hey commuters, how is the route to Trail at this point?  Thanks.

Wagon road is a bit wet in spots but in pretty good shape. Blowdown was cleared.

anyone Interested in pooling some resources to improve drainage and maybe a ride around or two?

I was thinking an hour or two one evening.  mostly on the section above the junction with the rail grade

The city just got a $132,000 grant to do a bunch of work on that trail this summer.

The extent of the city's work is from Elmore (Top of the Wagon Road) to Redstone Drive.  The section 'superdonair' is talking about is not within that scope - so a couple of evening volunteer session would not be wasted down there.

Might want to check with KCTS as that may be Teck land, and they won't be pleased about any unauthorized work.

The KCTS doesn't manage the wagon road, that's the Rossland Sustainibility Commision's project.

The wagon road is 99% inside a existing road allowance (66' wide). It's only the last 100metres or so, where it turns right and meets the railgrade, that is on Teck land.
