JUNE is Official Community Plan (OCP) MONTH Rossland’s Official Community Plan (OCP) guides how Rossland will grow and develop in the future. It is being fully updated this year. From June 1 to 25, Rossland residents are invited to contribute ideas and feedback to help shape and inform Rossland’s OCP.
