Please get your dog

If this is your dog it was at RSS about 10 minutes ago.  It was barking and circling me, my young children, and my on leash dogs.  We did not feel safe.  Please go get and control your dog.

I was just attacked and bitten by what appears to be the same dog while cycling below Happy Valley to the cemetary.

This dog is obviously not safe to be wandering off leash and the owners (Eric?) does not seem to think they have a problem.

What can we do about it?
