City emergency siren

Does any one know why the cuty has an emergency siren at the works yard and it still has not been conneted ?

Given the state of wildfires should this not be working?

LOL the city does not care to be prepared. Otherwise they would be taking precautions with our forests etc close to town. Which they aren't.

Heck, the city has not even told residents there is a fire burning right now in town. Deer Park Mountain.
