Can you help us fix our bobsled?

Bobsled is back! The Boomtown Garter Girls are so excited to race again! Unfortunately, our sled is a little bit broken. This is the diagnosis we have:

The steering tierod is not connected to the lefthand ski because this pivoting piece (pictured) is broken off. 

The "female stud rod end" is broken on the one side. Both should be replaced, LH and RH parts as they need to thread onto the tie rod simultaneously

Wondering if anyone out there has the piece and/or the skills to help us fix it if we can buy a replacement piece?

So impressed by Clint who responded quickly, showed up right away and came up with a creative solution to fixing our sled
