Telus wifi down?

Is anyone elses telus wifi down in upper Rossland? Hasnt seem to be working well the last few days and today its not working at all. Also, Im not a tech wiz but it keeps asking me to enter my password for the wifi (which I havent changed in years). Does this mean someone hacked my wifi or are there other possible reasons? Thanks folks. Town: Rossland, BC

Mine was acting up this morning ....slow and sometimes not bringing up sites but just complete white screen and no txt or pics....but it seems to have stabilized so far....wildfires maybe affecting it?
My Telus internet (not just wifi - wired internet) has been awful for a month. Five minutes to open an email. Unable to watch any videos, Netflix, You Tube, Olympics via CBC Gem on any device I have - 12 seconds on, 15 seconds frozen. I have been avoiding calling them because you know, two hours on the phone with Customer Service. What other options do we have?
Sorry to learn you've been having issues. It's frustrating when internet connection is inconsistent. If you can move over to Shaw, there are far fewer problems than we has with Telus in upper Rossland (in my experience). I am aware that not everyone can make this switch, due to location. I also know a number of people who really enjoy Lightspeed internet that live in upper Rossland, and have been with them for years. Their plans are much less costly and are on a fixed rate. not sure if it is related, but telus has a contractor in upper rossland doing pole replacement.currently working near the school.
as previously stated in thread, internet service provided by anyone other than telus seems to be the way to go in upper rossland. cheers.
