Recycling missed pickup

Anyone else have their recycling not picked up today? us and the neighbours got missed....both out on time and the other side of the street was picked up but not ours.... can't get through to GFL for info....

Same thing Happened in Pinewood.

My guess is that they are running way behind. One of their trucks was stuck a good part of yesterday.

That's difficult if you can't get through to them. When my block (or side of the street) is missed we get in touch and they send out a truck (even early evening). They seem to be a very responsive company with good customer service.

I did finally get hold of them late afternoon....the person said she would forward the info to the Trail regional office (she was in another location in the Okanagan I think??) I was surprised the call did not go to a local office. She said they work from 7am to 7 pm so "perhaps they would double back" as they often get a full load before the total area is picked up and they have to go unload before continuing. We left it out til past 7 but they never returned and she never called back, which she said she would to let me know what was up If they couldn't make it. hoping she calls in the morning....
