Headed too a Trail Aqua today too Strength train just for a change from the Home Gym routine. Hips still torn and still waiting for Surgery.  Bullies/ Narcissistic peeps who Stalk and Harrasing Me amd your other Victims of your BS. I'll be there around 10 am. Narcissistic what a Bent disorder imagine u can only feel hate,jealousy and yoyr insecure AF and  your incapable of Empathy Or Spiritual growth? Thats gotta suk. So Lame. PS anything else who's being constant Gaslit and maybe feels threatened?
