Teeth cleaning for dogs?

We were sure that there was a place in Grand Forks (non sedative) for teeth cleaning but can't seem to find it!

Does anyone have any suggestions?

K9 Oral Hygiene is a mobile outfit that comes to Barks And Recreation in Trail a couple of times a year.
