Small short hair brown/white dog, no tail. Lost?

i've seen a small short hair brown/white dog, no tail around Victoria and Davis for the past three days looking lost but it won't come near me. Are you missing it or is it just a new roaming dog?

a poddle type dog is looking lost and worried walking around Kirkup ave.
