Is this your dog?

This dog is spending way to much time in our yard. Yesterday it cornered one of our cats right on our deck and stood barking at her until I chased the mutt off. Sometimes it's hard to keep a dog on the premises, I get that. But the amount of time this dog is on our premises suggests that the owners are not trying very hard. There are by-laws about what happens when loose dogs get on to other's property, and if this dog does harm one of our cats then trust me, you will get to know every one of them. Still, let's hope that it doesn't come to that. Please stop being a poster child for the sort of people who give Rossland dog owners their bad reputation and *control* your pet. (end of rant)
