Interested in bringing more awareness, ease, and connection to your everyday?
This Intro to Meditation Series runs Oct 20 - Nov 19 with five 1-hour long classes and one half-day retreat. You can expect to learn the foundations of mindfulness meditation and ease into practice in a small group setting. Classes will include instruction, discussion, practice, and reflection.
Thursdays 7 - 8 pm at Madhu Wellness Collective.
All ages and abilities are welcome. No prior experience is necessary.
