ISO rental April 1st long term

Hello! My partner and I are looking for an 1 bed/ 1 bath apartment or house rental starting April 1st. Looking for somthing long term ideally

our budget is 1400 with ultilies or 1300 without but we have room for adjustment

we both have stable full time jobs and can give work references, previou landlord references and personal references as well

I recommend this young couple. They are both originally from the Kootenays.  Great tenants!
